Insurance & Payment Policy
At Uriel Behavioral Wellness Inc., we accept select insurance plans. Coverage varies based on your insurance provider and individual plan, so we strongly encourage all clients to verify their behavioral health benefits directly with their insurance company prior to scheduling.
Clients are responsible for all copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any services not covered by their insurance plan.
For clients without insurance or those who prefer private pay, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need.
